Eager uses Stripe's Billing product to manage recurring payments.

We are legally required to charge 13% HST for Canadian customers.

Our system detects whether you are accessing our systems from a Canadian IP address at the time of your account creation. We keep a record of this for tax compliance and auditing purposes.

You will see an indicator in our system that GST/HST is required for any billing created under your account. If you believe this is in error, please contact us at

To change your tax status, we will require official documentation (eg. Articles of Incorporation) that your business is domiciled outside of Canada.

Eager does not collect or store credit card within our own system and infrastructure. Instead, we use Stripe to process credit card payments. All collection of credit card information occurs on their servers.

Please refer to Stripe's security policy for more information.
