Fix encoding issues in receiving emails

Introduction

When emails are received by Eager, our systems try to decode the email's content into a readable format so that it can be properly displayed.

In some cases, emails are encoded in an unsupported format and this causes us to be unable to format the email's content properly.

How do I fix this?

Although we are not able to decode the email, you can download the original email by clicking on this icon on the upper right hand corner of the email:

If you know the sender of these emails, you can also ask them to send emails to your receiving address inΒ UTF-8 format as well.
