What if your refund policy?

We offer a 14 day no-questions-asked refund. Beyond the 14 days, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, which will depend on your usage of Eager.

Do you store my credit card number?

Eager does not store your credit card numbers directly. Our payment processor is Stripe, which will secure and store your credit card information for your subscription. You will be able to manage your credit card information that's stored at Stripe within Eager.

What if I need more than 2 user seats?

At this time, we are mainly offering 2 user seats at this launch price. If you have a larger team and require more seats, please contact us at for assistance.

If I subscribe to the launch special, will my prices go up?

Customers who subscribe during this launch period will be able to keep this price for as long as they're subscribed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are secured by Stripe.

Do you offer a trial?

We don't currently offer a trial. However, we do offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund if you wish to cancel your subscription.
