These terms are an agreement between you and Furvur Inc ("Eager", "we", "us"), which publishes apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac under the Eager name. They cover every one of those apps, together with any extra terms for a specific app in the App by app section below. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
Children, parents and guardians
If you download or set up one of our apps for a child, you accept these terms on the child’s behalf and are responsible for how they use it.
Use of our apps
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s Media Services Terms. You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use our apps in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our apps
Purchases and subscriptions
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are processed by Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
If a subscription includes a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Prices may change. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Learning content
Our education apps are practice aids that supplement, and do not replace, formal schooling. We work to keep their content accurate, but it may contain errors or simplifications.
Intellectual property
Our apps and all their content, features and functionality are owned by Furvur Inc or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on our apps without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that any result will follow from using them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furvur Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including loss of data or progress.
Updates and termination
We may update our apps to add features, fix bugs or improve performance, and may change or discontinue a feature. We may suspend your use of an app if you breach these terms.

TopSpeller is a practice aid. It does not guarantee any result in a spelling bee or other competition, and it is not affiliated with any competition organiser.

Little French
Little French teaches vocabulary as a learning aid and is not a substitute for formal language instruction.
SpellQuest
Extra worlds bought in SpellQuest unlock content in the app only and have no cash value.
PlanPop
You are responsible for what you put in a shared list and whom you share it with. Sharing runs on Apple’s iCloud and is also subject to Apple’s terms.
Reminders depend on your device’s notification settings; do not rely on PlanPop alone for anything critical.
pxCut
Blurring and pixelation hide details visually. Check an exported image before you share it, and remove anything truly sensitive rather than only obscuring it.
You are responsible for having the right to edit and share the screenshots you use.
SnapSort
Text and barcode recognition can miss or misread content; search results may be incomplete.
LabelScan
LabelScan gives general information, not medical, dietary or allergy advice. Label reading can miss or misread ingredients, and products change.
Always read the product label yourself, and talk to a doctor or dietitian about allergies or medical diets. Do not rely on LabelScan to decide whether a food is safe for you.
LooksGoodOnMe
LooksGoodOnMe is a style guide, not a professional assessment. Results depend on your light, your camera and the colors you confirm, and can differ from what a color analyst finds.

Analyze another person only with their permission.
Captionful (Mac)
Automatic transcription can contain errors. Review captions before you publish a video.
You are responsible for having the right to caption and publish the videos you use.
Changes to terms
We may change these terms. We will post the new terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the new terms.
